Audio/Video and Media Ministry
This ministry is two-fold. One it provides audio/visual media in the form of compact discs (CD), cassette tapes, video tapes and DVDs of messages given at Triumphant. Media is available to enhance the spiritual growth of our members and guests through the hearing of God's Word. Media is available upon request by filling out Media Requests Forms. Media is distributed after worship service on Sundays and on Wednesday nights after Bible Study at our Triumphantly Teaching Timely Truths Media Center. And two it provides quality audio and visual aids during any worship experience at Triumphant.

Children's Church
Designed to meet the spiritual needs of children from 10 months to 6th grade; experienced and caring adults provide Christian education on Sunday mornings during our worship services.

Christian Education
Charged with triumphantly teaching the timely truths found in God's Word to Wednesday night's Bible class students for the edification of the church body. The goal is to equip disciples with the knowledge necessary to teach the truth to others. Persons in this ministry must demonstrate the gift of teaching.

Couples' Fellowship
This ministry provides members of Triumphant who are married, with a forum in which to grow and work on building a Godly marriage. Relevant and practical marital issues are addressed and dealt with from a biblical perspective through Bible study, group activities and seminars.

Daughters of the Trinity (DOTT)
DOTT is our mentoring and outreach ministry for girls and young women ages 10-15. The purpose of DOTT is to minister to the young girls by providing a fun environment that will enhance their spiritual growth (Proverbs 22:6 & Proverbs 30:31). The ministry will teach young girls how to develop Godly skills not only for themselves, but also for their families, friends and communities. In DOTT we will confront many of the issues young girls confront each day like health, hygiene, peer pressure, fashion, finances, working skills, conflict resolution, etiquette, and more. The ministry will provide fellowship opportunities that will create camaraderie with the girls and the ministry leaders. An important goal is to reinforce the biblical teachings of Pastor Rogers, parents, and Children Church leaders. To accomplish our goals we have three structured activities that we rotate each month and they are Spiritual, Community Service, and Entertainment.

Deaconness Ministry
The Deaconess Ministry of Triumphant serves the members and Pastor in a number of ways. The primary roles of Triumphant's Deaconess are to minister to the needs of the Women of Triumphant. This service involves providing godly counsel, mentoring young mothers, and providing watch-care service to new members, also to include sick visitation. Our Deaconess also prepare and participate in the sacred ordinances of the Lord's Supper and Holy Baptisms.

Deacons Ministry
The Deacons of Triumphant Church are assigned the responsibility of assisting the Pastor in the spiritual and practical matters of the Church. Some of these duties include attending to and insuring the physical upkeep of all church property. Deacons also assist in the collecting and accounting of all monies collected during worship services. Deacons also prepare and participate in the sacred ordinances of the Lord's Supper and Holy Baptism.

Evangelism Ministry
This ministry carries out the mandate of Jesus Christ to spread the gospel to "the uttermost part of the earth" starting right here in West Hyattsville, Maryland. This ministry visits homes, malls, stores and canvases the streets of this community to reach those who do not know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.

Family Care Groups
Triumphant's Family Care Groups are groups of 10-20 people who meet together every Wednesday night during our Bible Study time (except the fourth Wednesday night of each month which are set aside for our Communion Service) and every fourth Sunday evening to socialize and learn about the Bible together in fun and open environments and facilitate group discussion based on a prepared biblical topic and led by a trained facilitator.

Graphic Arts & Design Ministry
This ministry designs and produces promotional materials for Triumphant's social events and ministry announcements, including brochures, pamphlets, posters, and other printed media. Members with creativity, graphic sign and communication experience are welcome to this ministry. Triumphant's secretarial pool, which provides administrative assistance, is incorporated into this ministry.

Horticulture Ministry
This ministry provides and maintains indoor/outdoor landscape and plant designs to beautify the church grounds and facilities. Persons in this ministry possess the gift of helps and knowledge of plant life. Triumphant's indoors floral designer complements this ministry and works simultaneously to decorate the sanctuary and fellowship hall during social holiday seasons and special events.

Hospitality/Culinary Ministry
This ministry provides and coordinates refreshments and meals during Triumphant's special events and special meetings as requested by the Special Events Ministry. Persons working in this ministry possess the gift of hospitality and are good cooks. This ministry helps to facilitate social fellowship and relationship within the Triumphant family. The Special Events Ministry gives oversight to this ministry.

Intercessory Prayer Ministry
This ministry consists of a group of prayer warriors who intercede regularly on behalf of the leadership and membership of Triumphant, the local communities, Prince George's county, the state of Maryland and the country at large. Prayer requests are welcome from members and non-members alike. The group meets every Saturday evening at 8:00 P.M. in the main sanctuary.

Life Development
Life Development seeks to meet the spiritual and social needs of Triumphant's children, youth and young adults while at the same time seeking to ensure growth. This ministry promotes the spiritual development through a myriad of activities, including cultural, educational, recreational and social.

Men's Fellowship
This ministry seeks to cultivate spiritual growth and fellowship among the men of Triumphant. This objective is achieved through relevant bible study and various ministry projects. Fellowships are held the second Mondays of each month at 7:00 PM.

Ministry of Helps
This Ministry of Helps consists of members who desire to serve the church in any given varying project as coordinated by Triumphant's facility manager. Projects include building and grounds maintenance, materials and equipment setup, and special events arrangements.

Music Ministry
This ministry renders praise to God through music during our worship services by selection and choral preparation of sacred music from the various choral aggregations (Sanctuary Choir, Youth & Young Adult (YAYA) Choir and Praise and Worship) and the congregation of Triumphant. This ministry is also responsible for instrumental accompaniment, instrument care and maintenance. Choral directing and vocal training are major facets of this ministry.

New Member's Ministry
This ministry serves as the first point of contact for new members coming into the Triumphant family. Training classes are provided to assist new members in becoming familiar with basic principles of the Christian Faith and acclimatize them to the doctrines of Triumphant. Persons in this ministry have the gift of hospitality and are natural greeters. Classes are held during Bible study on Wednesday night.

Nurses Ministry
This ministry promotes the value and benefits of healthy lifestyles by sharing medical facts and instruction on holistic healing, proper diet and physical exercise, along with providing diagnostic testing on common health risks, along with introducing professional speakers from the health field to Triumphant and our community. This ministry sponsors an annual health fair.

This ministry provides parking space assistance to members and guests during worship services. Also responsible for guarding the safety of persons and property as deemed proper and necessary.

Project Manhood
This ministry is a partnership between the men of Triumphant Church and the national para-church organization known as Promise Keepers. This ministry seeks to train boys ages 8-14 years for the challenge of leadership while also providing a step-by-step process for developing them into the men of God that He intends for them to be. Meetings are held on the fourth Saturdays of the month at 12:00 noon.

The Triumphant Church is in partnership with the Food SHARE Program as a host site to distribute high quality affordable, and nutritious food as a way to build community and strengthen families. It is open to everyone would like to save money on groceries, volunteer in the community, or promote health and wellness. The Share Value Package contains a balanced combination of frozen meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and staple items such as rice, pasta, and beans. The same food items at the local grocery store values up to more than $35.00, through SHARE you pay only $19.00, which is a savings of 50%-60%.

This ministry plans and organizes programs and special events in the life of Triumphant to ensure that special days at Triumphant are both memorable and are "decent and in order." Each Triumphant ministry hosting a program/service must coordinate the event through Special Events. Special Events also coordinates the Culinary/Hospitality Ministry.

Triumphant Informer (Newsletter)
This ministry promotes and informs the congregation of the various activities in the life of our church through its bi-monthly publication. The Newsletter contains articles, which encourage, strengthen and minister the Word of God to its readers and is a vehicle used to evangelize and reach those who are not members of Triumphant or sick and shut-in and cannot attend our services.

The Triumphantly Teaching Timely Truths Bookstore provides the Church with Bibles and books, and media items that will enable them to grow spiritually in their walk with God. The bookstore is open immediately following Triumphant's Worship Services.

Tutorial Ministry
This ministry provides academic support and help for students of all ages. Tutors are available to assist in all subject matters. Tutoring mainly takes place on Wednesdays at 5:30pm before Bible Study, however, additional appointments can be scheduled by contacting the ministry leader.

Usher's and Greeter's Ministry
This ministry provides members the opportunity to serve as "doorkeepers in the house of the Lord." The mission statement of the Usher's Ministry is, "To honor God through our service to guests and the congregation by joyfully assisting every member and clergy to be comfortable and at ease so that they can concentrate on the Gospel as it goes forth."

Vessels of Praise (VOP) – Dance Ministry
Vessels of Praise seeks to apply the principles of God's Word through dance (Ballet, modern and Jazz movements). This ministry appeal are for those who are earnest about the call of God on their life and who want to become better equipped for the work of movement ministry in the church and the community. VOP is open to all Trimphant members from ages 6 to 80.
